Born with congenital blindness, Gerrard’s disability has not stopped him from living an extraordinary life, he’s an adventurer, three-time Paralympian, completed an Ironman and last but not least – a chocolatier. For his next challenge, he plans to make history as the first blind person to swim the English Channel – a gruelling 34 kilometre swim over 18 hours in very cold water.

His story is beyond inspirational, so sit back and listen as Max caught up with him for this interview.
